FACTS

What You Need To Know

A cause of death has still not been determined.  Accidental positional asphyxia was the original theory but you can't prosecute a man for that.

The Idaho State Coroner, Dr. Charles Garrison, was unable to determine the cause of death and so the body was released for cremation within 72 hours.

The source of the fire was also never determined.  A candle was ruled out by Boise firefighter, Captain Gainor, because there weren't any candle holders in the area.

The ATF only conducted tests to determine a timeline, not the source of ignition or location of the body.  A hypothesis that the body was placed between the mattress and box spring was used during the trial.

None of the ATF burn recreation scenarios looked like the scene!!!

Acting fire captain, Jim Rabbit, violently removed the mattress from the room and personally created an illusion that the body had been placed between the mattress and box spring.  This is the recording of firefighter Suter divulging such.

Boise, ID Firefighter John Suter Interview -

My public defense team hired an arson expert, Dennis Jones, who authored an analysis refuting the State's theory.  More importantly, Mr. Jones concluded that the body was absolutely not located under the mattress during the fire.  Lead defense counsel, Tony Geddes, decided at the last minute that this information was not important enough to admit into evidence.  The analysis wasn't ever included in the discovery.

All experts hired by my defense team, including the arson expert, were called off at the last minute.  Dennis Jones was on his way to testify about the burn pattern analysis when he was stopped at the airport and told he would no longer be needed, no explanation was given.
